Double lease renewal at Sevendale House

Two businesses based at Sevendale House in Manchester’s Northern Quarter have both renewed their leases, committing to a new five-year term in the building.

Liquid Personnel, specialists in social work jobs and recruitment services, have taken a new five year lease on 11,755 sq ft, with the renewal completed in January, while Equitix, a leading investor, developer and long-term fund manager of core infrastructure and energy-efficiency assets in the UK, entered into a new five-year lease on their 2,167 sq ft office in November.

Both businesses are paying rent of £23.50 per sq ft.
