Fire engineering business OFR Consultants are the latest company to take space at Sevendale House in the Northern Quarter, occupying the space vacated by Cloudbase.
The firm, which was originally established in 2016 as the UK arm of international consultancy Olsson Fire & Risk, has agreed a five year lease for a suite measuring 2,690 square foot.
